Over multiple versions I would give this 3 stars as bugs never get fixed and the transaction download is more finnicky than it should be. Taken a single version alone I would give this 4 stars. Often transactions get missed, and although they added a 'Reset Account' feature, that never works for me, and I need to turn off the Online Service and set it up again to capture the missing transactions. 4 The transaction download isn't very robust.
